MANUFACTURING - The polypropylene corrugated sheet will be manufactured in different size, thickness and color depending on the design and requirement. Besides sheets can be provided as corona, Ultraviolet (UV), Fire-retardant and Antistatic (ESD) treated in the case it is required.
PRINTING - We offer different printing options to best match your product. Using screen printing and digital printing technology, we work to achieve your desired print quality and budget. When a very high-quality or high quantity printing is required we provide screen printing service with our high capacity European machines but for relatively short runs and samples, digital printing is the cost effective process to choose.
CUTTING - Cutting process is mostly applied after the printing. If printing is not required on all the surface of the sheet, printing can be applied after the cut as well. Our automatic die cutter can cut over 10.000 sheets per shift.
